This Website (“Website”) is operated by Maison De Sabre Pty Ltd (“MAISON DE SABRE”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MAISON DE SABRE. MAISON DE SABRE offers this Website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our Website and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to and agree to be bound by the following:

The Terms apply to all users of the Website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES
MAISON DE SABRE is not liable for accuracy of orders and you should double check your order before finalising.
Any changes or amendments to orders can be requested up to 24 hours after placement of order by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Please note all requested changes and amendments to orders are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
MAISON DE SABRE is not responsible for providing input for personalisation of products. You should ensure you have provided details of personalisation you want on any products before finalising an order.
Once an order is placed, cancellations to orders are not permitted.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Please note that during peak periods, these times may be subject to change.
Parcels using tracked shipping method means the package will be tracked through to delivery. Please ensure you check with your local national carrier for further updates.
Untracked postage is means there will be no tracking information supplied. MAISON DE SABRE does not take any responsibility for delays, lost or damaged shipments or those sent to invalid or incorrect addresses if the package is not tracked.
Orders can end up being returned to sender for various reasons including:
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed from post office
- Failure to pay taxes/customs fees
If a package is returned or rejected, it is the customer’s responsibility to email email@example.com to arrange redelivery and may be liable to pay for postage costs.
The Customer Care team will provide as much assistance as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with their local carrier.
All products are subject to availability. MAISON DE SABRE will endeavour to ensure all quantities displayed online are true and accurate, however will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
MAISON DE SABRE reserves the right to terminate or cancel orders when there has been a website malfunction, technical disturbance or incorrect price displayed. A notification to the customer will be immediately sent and any payment received from the customer will be refunded.
All MAISON DE SABRE products are branded with gold foil and will have the “Maison de Sabré” logo present in gold. This applies to all monogrammed products, including those personalised with the ‘Silver Monogram’ customisation option except our pouch collection.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
Australia Post Standard: 4-6 Business Days
Australia Post Express: 1-2 Business Days
Australia Post Standard: 7-15 Business Days
Australia Post Express: 2-5 Business Days
Please be aware orders can be withheld in customs for processing which is mandatory with certain customs regulatory bodies. These delays are not the responsibility of MAISON DE SABRE and customers will not be reimbursed if orders incur customs charges.
TAXES DUTIES AND/OR CUSTOMS FEES
There may be taxes or duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. Please know these charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge and are unable to be paid for or reimbursed by MAISON DE SABRE. It is the customers responsibility to contact the relevant customs office to find if you are affected by these charges.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return your purchase within seven days of delivery of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Under no circumstances will monogrammed or customised products be accepted for return due to change of mind. We do not refund or exchange monogrammed or customised products unless the item is faulty.
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit MAISON DE SABRE will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Maison de Sabrè will not produce or distribute discount codes unless stated otherwise. Promotions and discounts will be announced on all social media and email outlets.
If a discount code is valid, it is the customers’ responsibility to apply this to their order at the time of purchase only. MAISON DE SABRE is not liable or obligated to apply any discount codes once an order has been processed.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms & Conditions.
